Like they have in Nebraska with all the Electoral Votes divided up between the Congressional Districts. That way Candidates will earn their electoral votes and make we, the people, feel like we have a choice and can make a difference. Some people say, "why vote?" it doesn't do any good the majority in the state or of one political party." This way their vote will count toward candidates earning their electoral votes. VOTE NO!
